Everyone Welcome to learn Beautiful Teachings and gather Medicines in a good way Together 

What to bring

----

- Blanket - to sit on

- Fabric, Material or Shawl - to gather & wrap your sage (natural material like Cotton, silk, bamboo, etc.

- Scissors or Knife - to cut sage stems

- Tobacco or offering - to give to the Earth

- Water -  to stay hydrated

- Skirt - if Femme identifying

- Drum or Rattle - to Sing songs (I will have extra)

- Food (Snacks, Juice, etc.) - to share for a small Feast

- Good Shoes, Sun Hat, Jacket, Bug Spray, Sun Screen, etc. - to be comfortable

- Bag - to carry things in and out, leaving the land better than when we arrived
